Church to hold pasta dinner to benefit The Newburgh Ministry
CORNWALL-ON-HUDSON – The Cornwall Presbyterian Church will serve its Annual Pasta Dinner from 4:30-7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 20, to benefit The Newburgh Ministry, whose mission is to offer support and assistance to in need community members in the City of Newburgh.
Featured on this year’s menu is CPC's delicious homemade lasagna, complimented with a choice of marinara or meat sauce. The dinner guests will be served by the church’s youth (under the watchful eye of adults). The church also has a fine reputation for its homemade desserts – pies, cakes, cookies, brownies, puddings and more will be presented to dinner guests. And the bake sale table will be offering cakes, cookies and more for those who would like to take something sweet home.
The cost is $11 for adults, $6 for children 6-12; children 5 and under are free. Take-outs will be available. For tickets and further information, call the Cornwall Presbyterian Church office at 534-2903. The snow date will be Sunday, February 21st.
The church is located at 222 Hudson St., Cornwall-on-Hudson; the building is Disabled Accessible. Visit the CPC website at www.cornwallpresbyterian.org.
So come out to join your neighbors – to share a meal, enjoy the hospitality and support a worthy cause.
