Arrests
11/02/15 A 28 yr old male from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
11/03/15 A 22 yr old male from Highland Falls, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
11/04/15 Michael A petrosino, age 24, of Newburgh, NY was arrested on a warrant.
11/04/15 Andre R Sims, age 32, of Peekskill, NY was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment, unlawfully fleeing, reckless driving, obstructing of governmental administration after the Police pulled over the subject and the driver hid underneath a boat.
Kathleen M Treston, age 24, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY who was a passenger riding with the above subject was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing of governmental administration.
11/05/15 Holly A Harvey, age 32, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, no/exp insurance, unlicensed driver, failure to yield at intersection and vehicle entering roadway.
11/06/15 Richard D Mann Jr, age 22 of Mountainville, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.
11/06/15 Brian M Scroggin, age 37, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with DWI, refuse of chemical test, suspended registration, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and no/expired insurance.
11/07/15 A 25 yr old male from Peekskill, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Incidents
11/05/15 Police assist Blooming Grove Police locating the operator of a vehicle who was involved in a motor vehicle accident but had fled the scene.
11/07/15 A person came into the Police station to report that he believes his phone was taken out of his vehicle while parked at Shenanigans on Shore rd.
11/07/15 Railroad ties that were in a pile near Orrs Mills Road ignited. Salisbury Mills Fire Dept. Cornwall Fire Dept and Washingtonville Fire Dept. responded to the scene.
