Allen J. Goodman, 40, of Cornwall, New York, died on February 11, 2008, in Newburgh, New York.
Mr. Goodman was an attorney in the Law Office of Allen J. Goodman, in Newburgh. He was a member of Alpha Phi Delta.
Mr. Goodman was born in the Bronx, New York, on November 12, 1967, the son of Robert B. Goodman and Rosalind Halpern.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Nardella, at home, a son, Nicholas Rowe, at home, a daughter, Alexandra Goodman, at home, an aunt, Gale Rosenthal, of Manalapen, N.J. , and a sister, Elissa Madagan, of Theills, N.Y. He was predeceased by his aunt, Eileen Halpern
